Eraserheads Anthology
If your going to ask me if this is true or am I just joking around. I hate to break your heart, YES, it’s true that the reunion concert of the best band that graced the Philippine music scene will materialize. Yet, the pieces were not put into places smoothly.
Previous rumors that Philip Morris will be organizing and sponsoring the event, which was kept in constant pressure by the Department of Health to either pull out or stop the event. Philip Morris just had to give in, they pulled out the event which they organized. Having said that, you would wonder how then will the concert push through if the event organizer and sponsor pulled out.
Another company cashed in on the event and was said to be in charge of organizing the event. If you’re asking, what company it is, I have not the slightest idea yet. Heads up though, with a new company handling the event, prepare to expect that the concert will not be free any longer.
For the announcement of the concert details, it will be on newspapers, plugged on the radio, and maybe advertised on TV on August 26, 2008. Let’s not forget the Internet, now the best source of news.

after much ado. the eraserheads concert is most definitely pushing through.
philip morris and its brands have pulled out from the concert. but another company is taking over the production. the turn over started
yesterday and they have already started work on the site in the fort. so you can check.there are good news and bad news.
unfortunately it’s no longer free. all the long winded registration procedures in the red nation site is now void.
the good news is that the age limit is now 12 years old (for safety reasons) and tickets will be sold so you don’t have to wait for confirmation and what not.
the official announcement and ticketing details will come out in major newspapers and on the radio on tuesday.
these are the only details i know for now so no need to email me. i’m just the drummer.
btw. i just got home from the last rehearsal. the band is cooking. we will see you all on the 30th.

And yeah, all those days waiting for newsletters/announcement from the Red List , sad to say, the next newsletter/announcement you’ll receive will not be about Eraserheads .
